Green Oasis Irrigation, uses primarily Hunter and Rain Bird products for installations; however we also service all types of systems. This is helpful in decision making when choosing the right company for your watering needs. The quality of service is what separates average companies from the great companies. Unlike other jobs you may have contracted for your home, a sprinkler system requires on going service after the initial install such as winterizing in the fall, system turn-on in the spring, and any on going landscape changes you may make through the years. Recommended watering for the month of July

Timer Guidelines:

• Set start times in between 2:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
• Never water more than every other day, or 3 to 4 times per week
• During summer conditions, use two start times to improve efficiency
• When using two start times, separate them by at least two hours
• Decrease zone watering times by half when using two start times
• Rotor zones need to run 2 to 3 times longer than spray zones
• During winter months, turn timer off and run manually when needed
• Timer settings should be decreased by half when first autumn cool front arrives
• If system fails to operate manually, remember rain sensor could be overriding!
